Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Stephee’s Corner. Here is how refunds work.

Digital products (printables and guides)

Digital products are delivered instantly by download, so we can’t offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. If your file won’t open, is missing pages, or you never received it, email us and we’ll fix it or send a new copy right away.

Apparel (sweatshirts, tees and other printed items)

Every apparel item is printed just for you after you order, so we don’t accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund.
