Hi, I'm Stephanie

Friends call me Stephee. I'm a content creator near Conyers, Georgia, and the person behind Stephee | Caregiver Life, where I share real-life caregiving moments, practical tips and a little laughter.

My motto is care has many titles. You might be an adult child caring for your mom or dad, a spouse, a mom running on empty, a grandparent on after-school pickup duty, or a sibling sharing the load. You may never call yourself a caregiver, but you are one.

Why I made these tools

When you're the one who takes care of everyone, everything lives in your head: the medications, the routines, who to call and where things are.
